The Silhouette Mint™ is a custom stamp-making machine. 



The machine’s special thermal printing ability lets you create 3D reliefs of custom designs on Mint rubber stamp sheets. Once you've created your custom stamp, you can apply Mint inks to specific areas of the stamp in order to create diverse multi-colored designs.


Mint Ink


Silhouette Mint Inks are oil-based pigment inks. Only Silhouette Mint Inks are recommended with the Mint stamp-making system. 

Mint inks react to Silhouette rubber stamp sheets in a specific way that allows you to stamp up to 50 times* before having to reapply your ink. You can re-ink your custom stamp as many times as you want.

Mint stamp sheets do not work with traditional ink stamp pads. Mint ink is water-soluble and cannot be permanently applied onto fabric surfaces.

Mint Stamp Sizes


Mint stamp sheets are offered in the following sizes (from smallest to largest):

 

  • 15 mm x 15 mm (0.6 in. x 0.6 in.) 
  • 15 mm x 30 mm (0.6 in. x 1.2 in.) 
  • 15 mm x 60 mm (0.6 in. x 2.4 in.) 
  • 30 mm x 30 mm (1.2 in. x 1.2 in.) 
  • 30 mm x 60 mm (1.2 in. x 2.4 in.) 
  • 45 mm x 45 mm (1.8 in. x 1.8 in.) 
  • 45 mm x 90 mm (1.8 in. x 3.5 in.)

Mint Studio™ Software


Create custom stamp designs using the Mint Studio™ software application for the Silhouette Mint machine. 

With Mint Studio, you can do the following:

  • Create your own design from scratch
  • Convert Silhouette Studio designs into stamps
  • Import images into Mint Studio and convert them into a stamp design
  • Add text to your stamp design using fonts from your computer
  • Convert photos into amazingly detailed stamps
