Orders cannot be adjusted once they have been placed. 

Order Not Shipped

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can request to cancel the original order by contacting support@silhouetteamerica.com. You can then place your new desired order with the adjusted products.

Order Already Shipped

, If you find tracking information for your order, unfortunately this indicates that it has been shipped and can no longer be canceled. Your order is eligible to be returned immediately for a full refund once returned. You can receive return authorization by contacting support@silhouetteamerica.com with your order number. Instructions will then be provided on returning your order.
