We are unable to adjust orders once they have been placed. 


Order Not Shipped


If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the original order and then place your new desired order with the adjusted products.


Order Already Shipped


If the order has shipped and cannot be cancelled, and your order is eligible to be returned, contact support@silhouetteamerica.com with your order number and we will provide further instructions on returning and replacing your order.
