REP INSTRUCTION:

  1. Find the machine by searching for the serial number -- https://matrix.silhouetteamerica.com/?page=support-search
  2. Click on the older user who is listed as having the machine registered
  3. Go to the 'Machines' tab
  4. Click on the red "x" to remove the machine from that user's account
  5. Look up the new user
  6. Go to the 'Machines' tab on their account
  7. Click '+ New Machines' to register the machine onto the account

Registration Transfer Warranty Coverage


The 1-year warranty applies to the machine, not the owner. The hardware warranty begins once the machine leaves an authorized retailer location. If the machine was purchased from another user second-hand, or from an unauthorized retailer (such as Etsy or eBay), the registration date must remain the same as the original registration. 

We cannot register a used machine with a new updated date of purchase.

We have now registered your machine to your account.
