Adjust item cost to $9.99, and shipping to $5.00.
Relay the order number to management.
After reviewing your case further, we can offer you a new replacement lid at a cost of $14.99 ($9.99 for the lid + $5.00 flat shipping rate).
Requesting a Replacement
If you would like to request a replacement, please email us again (support@silhouetteamerica.com), and provide the following information:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Machine model
- Machine serial number
- Last four digits of credit card on file to charge
If you do not have a credit card on account, please add one prior to making your request so we can properly charge you.
Once we have received this information, we will create an order for this part and have it shipped to your location.
