We do not otherwise offer refunds or returns on products. Unauthorized returns not accompanied by a Return Authorization Number are not accepted. You will need to contact us first in order to set up any expected return.

If product is purchased through one of our Authorized Sellers, and Silhouette America is not the original point of purchase, you will need to inquire with the retailer in question for details on their specific return policy for the purpose of a refund, credit, or exchange. We are unable to provide monetary credits or exchanges for products purchased through Authorized Retailers.
