If you are unable to select your credit card when trying to purchase a license key upgrade from SilhouetteAmerica.com, please do the following:
- Go to www.silhouetteamerica.com/my-account/address-info
- Sign into your account if prompted
- Click on the 'Add New' button under the Payment Information section
- Enter your card information and click on the 'Save' button to save the card to your account
Once your card is successfully saved to your account:
- Go to www.silhouetteamerica.com/software/ss#upgrade
- Select the desired upgrade edition by clicking on the associated 'UPGRADE' button
- Enter a Promo Code, if applicable
NOTE: If there is a current sale showing the pricing already discounted, leave the Promo Code field blank - Select your credit card from the drop-down list
- Click 'Upgrade/Buy'
If you are still unable to make your purchase, contact support@silhouetteamerica.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your Silhouette account email address
- The software upgrade version you'd like to purchase
- The last 4 digits of the credit card on your account you'd like to use
NOTE: Your credit card must already be added to your account as instructed above in order to proceed.
We can then process your intended purchase for you and follow up to confirm the steps to access your new upgrade.
