Credit Lost


Subscription credits provided from Silhouette Design Store subscriptions are available for use as follows:


  • Active Subscription: Subscription credits are valid for 60 days from the date issued
  • Canceled Subscription: Subscription credits cannot be used


NOTE: If you sign up for a new subscription, the remaining unused credit will be re-activated with their original expiration date.

Credit Never Issued


Though not an expected issue, if the intended credit does not appear to have been issued in the first place, contact support@silhouetteamerica.com with the following information:


  • Your Silhouette account email address
  • The intended credit amount and original application date


We can then audit your account to ensure your credits are issued properly.
