Current Silhouette cutting machine models include a small plastic part called the 'Blade Adjustment Tool'.
The Blade Adjustment Tool can be used with Silhouette blades to do the following:
- Adjust blade setting on AutoBlade types
- Adjust blade setting on Manual Blade types
- Remove blade cap on AutoBlade types (for cleaning)
This tool can also be used to remove the Bluetooth adapter from Silhouette machines.
Adjustment Slot on Machine
Some older model blades may require a tool to adjust the blade settings. A 'jig' was included with these blade types to adjust the blade.
If the adjustment 'jig' part is lost, you can find a ratchet blade adjustment slot on all Silhouette cutting machine models (except the Silhouette SD) by lifting the machine lid and looking on the left-hand side of the machine in front of the roller bar.
