If your Cameo 3 is stuck on 'Pause' and will not cut any jobs, you can clear this error as follows:

  1. Cancel any pending jobs in Silhouette Studio (if you are able)
  2. Close Silhouette Studio
  3. Update Silhouette Studo to the latest software version available
  4. Power off the Cameo
  5. Unplug the power cord and USB cord from the Cameo
  6. Wait 60 seconds to allow the machine to shut down completely
  7. Plug the Cameo USB and power cords back in
  8. Open Silhouette Studio
  9. Power on the Cameo
