REP INSTRUCTIONS
Place order directly through the Matrix using the code MISC with [Machine model] LID in the description box.
Do not enter any charge for replacement.
Relay the order number to the manager.
We are sorry to hear of the concern about your machine lid breaking. We can issue you a replacement at no cost. This will not require you to send back your machine.
In order to proceed, please provide the following information:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Machine model
- Machine serial number
Once we have received this information, we will create an order for this part and have it shipped to you. You can then replace the lid as instructed in the attached document.
