Please review the information below If you encounter issues with your Auto Sheet Feeder.

Failed to Read Registration Mark

Click here for issues related to Print & Cut jobs.

A few additional points to check regarding Print & Cut jobs that are specific to the Sheet Feeder are as follows:

  • Confirm the Cameo machine's pinch roller location is set up correctly. If the pinch rollers are not in the correct configuration for your material size, this can cause issues with registration mark reading.
  • Avoid using glossy materials. These can be problematic with the Sheet Feeder and Print & Cut jobs as the Sheet Feeder's rollers may slip if the material is slick, and the Silhouette cutting machine's optic scanner may not be able to read registration marks well on glossy reflective surfaces.

Material Jam

If your material jams while using the Auto Sheet Feeder, please check the following points:

  • Confirm the Cameo machine's pinch roller location is set up correctly. If the pinch rollers are not in the correct configuration for your material size, this can cause issues with the proper gripping of your material and cause a jam in the Sheet Feeder.
  • Confirm the Auto Sheet Feeder's material guide setting. This will need to match your actual material size.
  • Confirm your material size. Materials that are outside of the defined allowable material size cannot be used.
  • Ensure you have not overstacked material sheets in the Auto Sheet Feeder beyond the recommended limit.
