If you have reviewed tracking information for your order that is destined to Canada, you may find one of the following:


  • The shipment appears to have gone to California instead of Canada
  • The shipment does not appear to be moving for a few days

Please be advised that shipments to Canada are routed through Los Angeles as they go through the process of clearing customs. This process can potentially take a few weeks. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over this process, including being able to expedite the shipment to clear the border faster.
