Can't Add Designs to Cart on Silhouette Design Store

If clicking the icon to add a design to your cart does not actually add the design to your cart, this typically indicates an issue with your web browser's cookies and/or cache. We recommend you clear your cookies and cache.

Design Price Increases After Clicking to View Design

As you are browsing the Silhouette Design Store, you may encounter designs where the price changes between the A) grid preview while browsing, and the B) design page (see example below).



The price preview that you see as you browse applies to the basic purchase of the design (the 'STUDIO' file with a 'Personal Use' license), the addition of an SVG file and/or a Commercial License will increase the purchase price. 


You can check or uncheck purchase options prior to adding the design to your cart, or you can make adjustments from your shopping cart.

Silhouette Design Store Subscription Credit Missing

Please review the following information if you are missing an expected subscription credit on your account.

Credit Lost


Subscription credits provided from Silhouette Design Store subscriptions are available for use as follows:


  • Active Subscription: Subscription credits are valid for 60 days from the date issued
  • Canceled Subscription: Subscription credits cannot be used


NOTE: If you sign up for a new subscription, the remaining unused credit will be re-activated with their original expiration date.

Credit Never Issued


Though not an expected issue, if the intended credit does not appear to have been issued in the first place, contact support@silhouetteamerica.com with the following information:


  • Your Silhouette account email address
  • The intended credit amount and original application date


We can then audit your account to ensure your credits are issued properly.
