To locate what firmware version your Silhouette machine currently has installed:


  1. Power on your machine
  2. Ensure your machine is connected via USB to your computer
  3. Open Silhouette Studio
    NOTE: You may need to update your software if you cannot find the information as instructed below
  4. Go to the SEND tab (upper right-hand corner)
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the right-hand side panel
  6. Left-click on the machine icon
  7. Note the firmware number listed to the right of your machine name

This is your machine's firmware version.
