You should not typically need to replace the machine's Lock Lever. However, if it is removed from the machine and lost or otherwise experiences any user-damage, we can offer a replacement at a cost of $7.50 (includes shipping cost).
Requesting a Replacement
If you would like to request a replacement, please email us (support@silhouetteamerica.com), and provide the following information:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Machine model
- Machine serial number
- Last four digits of credit card on file to charge
If you do not have a credit card on account, please add one prior to making your request so we can properly charge you.
Once we have received this information, we will create an order for this part and have it shipped to your location.
