What is a Refurbished Model?

Select return machines are inspected and given a thorough test of all machine features in order to guarantee proper functionality and quality of the product.  The VAST majority are brand new but have received visual box damage such as a scratch or added sticker. 

All refurbished units receive a full inspection, including a cleaning process, so they are in like-new condition and come with a 30-day limited warranty to cover any issues that may arise during that time frame. 

When you purchase a refurbished machine, you can rest assured you are receiving a quality product.

Refurbished machines will be received with no serial number. We will track your machines 30 day warranty by your invoice in our system. 

Refurbished machines purchased through other retailers are not covered by warranty through Silhouette. All refurbished warranty or guarantees are covered through your original retaile
