Here are steps to manually clear your Silhouette Studio license key system folder.

Mac


  1. Close Silhouette Studio
  2. Open the Finder
  3. Press [Cmd]+[Shift]+G
  4. Type in /Library/Application Support
  5. Press Return
  6. Delete the Folder com.aspexsoftware.Silhouette_Studio.license
  7. Empty the Trash
  8. Update Silhouette Studio to the latest version
  9. Open Silhouette Studio
  10. Select the Help menu
  11. Select 'Apply Upgrade Edition'
  12. Input your Silhouette account email and Silhouette account password
  13. Click 'Submit'

PC

  1. Close the Silhouette Studio software
  2. Press [Windows]+R on keyboard simultaneously 
    NOTE: [Windows] key is between [Ctrl] and [Alt]
  3. Type in %programdata%
  4. Press Enter
  5. Delete the Folder com.aspexsoftware.Silhouette_Studio.license
  6. Empty the Recycle Bin
  7. Update Silhouette Studio to the latest version
  8. Open Silhouette Studio
  9. Select the Help menu
  10. Select 'Apply Upgrade Edition'
  11. Input your Silhouette account email and Silhouette account password
  12. Click 'Submit'
