If you are unable to find and select your printer through the Silhouette Go app, please refer to your printer manufacturer instructions on setting up your printer for Bluetooth connectivity.


Troubleshooting


If you continue to experience connectivity issues with sending print jobs from the Silhouette Go app after reviewing your printer instructions on Bluetooth connectivity, check the following:

  • Power off your mobile device and then power it back on
  • Go to your mobile device settings to make sure Bluetooth is enabled
  • Check your printer settings to make sure Bluetooth is enabled
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Silhouette Go application
