To connect Silhouette Go to your Silhouette cutting machine:

  1. Close the Silhouette Go app
  2. Make sure that Bluetooth is switched on for both your mobile device and your Silhouette machine
  3. Open the Silhouette Go app
  4. Navigate to the machine selection screen
  5. Press 'Scan for Devices' 
  6. Select your machine from the list
  7. Press 'Continue' to move to the Machine Setup and Send instructions

Connection Issue Troubleshooting

If you still can’t see your machine listed as an available device in the Silhouette Go application: 

  1. Make sure you are usinng a Silhouette machine model that is supported by the Silhouette Go application
    NOTE: If you do not have a supported model, you cannot connect to Silhouette Go
  2. Ensure the Bluetooth option is properly enabled on your Silhouette machine 
    (see 'Cutting Machine Setup' section in Bluetooth article)
  3. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device
