Some users have reported concerns with missing part of the thumbnail for a design obtained from the Silhouette Design Store.



This can occur if there was an interruption with the original download. This can easily be fixed from within the software.


Resolution


To correct the issue:

  1. Update Silhouette Studio to the latest version
  2. Open Silhouette Studio
  3. Go to the Library
  4. Right-click on the design in question
  5. Click 'Retry Download'
  6. Wait for the Library to sync
  7. Restart Silhouette Studio
