Only if necessary, the Electrostatic Mat can be cleaned. To clean the Electrostatic Mat:


DO NOT USE ANY CLEANER OTHER THAN WATER


  1. Power off the Curio machine
  2. Remove everything from the surface of the Electrostatic Mat
  3. Wipe the surface of the Electrostatic Mat lightly with a soft cloth or cotton ball
    NOTE: Do not 'scrub' the surface
  4. Wipe the surface of the Electrostatic Mat lightly with a different cloth that is damp with water
  5. Wipe the surface of the Electrostatic Mat lightly with a different dry cloth to completely dry all parts of the mat
  6. Allow the mat to sit for about an hour to dry, as needed

NOTE: It is critical to completely dry the surface of the Electrostatic Mat before using it again.

WARNING: Cleaning the Electrostatic Mat can cause a reduction in the static electricity strength of the product, either short or longer-term. We recommend you avoid cleaning the Electrostatic Mat unless it is necessary.
