Machine Connection Issue with Silhouette Go
To connect Silhouette Go to your Silhouette cutting machine:
- Close the Silhouette Go app
- Make sure that Bluetooth is switched on for both your mobile device and your Silhouette machine
- Open the Silhouette Go app
- Navigate to the machine selection screen
- Press 'Scan for Devices'
- Select your machine from the list
- Press 'Continue' to move to the Machine Setup and Send instructions
Connection Issue Troubleshooting
If you still can’t see your machine listed as an available device in the Silhouette Go application:
- Make sure you are using a Silhouette machine model that is supported by Silhouette Go
NOTE: If you do not have a supported model, you cannot connect to Silhouette Go - Make sure the Bluetooth option is properly enabled on your Silhouette machine
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device
Can't Print from Silhouette Go
If you are unable to find and select your printer through the Silhouette Go app, please refer to your printer manufacturer instructions on setting up your printer for Bluetooth connectivity.
Troubleshooting
If you continue to experience connectivity issues with sending print jobs from the Silhouette Go app after reviewing your printer instructions on Bluetooth connectivity, check the following:
- Power off your mobile device and then power it back on
- Go to your mobile device settings to make sure Bluetooth is enabled
- Check your printer settings to make sure Bluetooth is enabled
- Uninstall and reinstall the Silhouette Go application
