Club Silhouette Free Items

Club Silhouette provides you with a complimentary blade (or Mint Stamp Kit) and mat (or Mint Stamp Sheet) shipped to you 3 times per year.

Shipments Schedule


You can find a schedule of your Club Silhouette shipments on your account in the Club Silhouette section.

Updating Your Club Items


To update your Club Silhouette items:


  1. Go to the Club Silhouette section of your Silhouette account
  2. Sign into your account if prompted
  3. Click on your desired item selections
    NOTE: Make sure that the selected blade and cutting mat are compatible with your machine
  4. Click on the 'Update' button

Updating Your Club Shipping Address


To update your Club Silhouette shipping address:


  1. Go to the Club Silhouette section of your Silhouette account
  2. Sign into your account if prompted
  3. Click on the drop-down arrown for the 'Shipping Address'
  4. Select the desired address on file
    NOTE: If needed, you can click on '+Add New Address' to add a new one to your account and select it for your Club shipments 

Club Silhouette Free Designs

Club Silhouette provides 10 exclusive designs to club members on the 15th of each month. 


This exclusive Club content is automatically synced to your account.  (Requires current software version to be installed and an active internet connection.)

Finding Your Exclusive Designs


The exclusive Club content can be found as follows:

  1. Open Silhouette Studio
  2. Go to the Library
  3. Click the Sync button
  4. Navigate to the new free content synced to your library

Alternate Download Method


You can alternately download this exclusive content directly to your computer as follows:


  1. Go to your Silhouette Design Store account
  2. Locate the exclusive Club content order on your account
    NOTE: The Club Silhouette order will be listed as having 10 designs with zero cost total on the 15th of the month
  3. Click on the order number link
  4. Check the 'Select All' box
  5. Click on the 'Download Selected' button

Club Silhouette Points

Club Silhouette points are earned by making purchases made at SilhouetteAmerica.com. 


For every $10 you spend, you will earn 1 Club Silhouette point. Each Club Silhouette point is redeemable for $1 toward future orders made at SilhouetteAmerica.com. Club points cannot be redeemed for cash or other credit.


You must be a member of Club Silhouette to earn and redeem points.

Redeeming Club Points

To view and redeem your Club Silhouette points:

  1. Click here (sign in if needed)
  2. Under Club Silhouette Points, click on "Redeem as Gift Card Code"
  3. A code will be generated on screen and will also be emailed to you
  4. Use this code toward purchases made at SilhouetteAmerica.com 
Club Silhouette Preferences

Club Silhouette preferences display your payment and shipment history for your Club membership. You can update this information to change where your Club refill items are shipped, or which card is being charged.

Updating Club Preferences


To update your shipping address or credit card information for Club Silhouette:

  1. Go to your Club Silhouette management page
  2. Sign into your Silhouette account, if prompted
  3. Scroll to the 'Shipping Address' or 'Billing Information' section
  4. Select the address or credit card from the drop-down list
    NOTE: If you don't see your address, click 'Add new' and enter your new information first. You can then select it.
  5. Click on the 'Update' button



Cancelling Club Silhouette Membership

Club Silhouette membership may be canceled at any time. Club Silhouette membership will continue to auto-renew until it is canceled by you.

How to Cancel


To cancel your Club Silhouette membership:


  1. Go to your Silhouette account at the design store
  2. Sign into your Silhouette account if prompted
  3. Scroll down and click subscriptions tab
  4. Select your Club Silhouette subscription
  5. Select the 'Cancel Membership' button
Note: If you paid using PayPal you will want to reach out to Paypal to ensure autopay has been turned off

Club Points after Cancelation


Club Silhouette Points become forfeited upon cancellation of your Club Silhouette Membership and can no longer be used unless membership is reinstated.
