Order Return Policy

SilhouetteAmerica.com Orders

If you would like to request a return of your order, or an item from your order, that was placed from SilhouetteAmerica.com within 30 days of purchase, please contact support@silhouetteamerica.com to provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Email address used to place the order
  • Confirmation of the product status as unused
Note: Except in support-verified cases (i.e. product manufacturing defect, damage caused during shipping transit) Silhouette America doe not provide refunds for used products.


Unauthorized returns not accompanied by a Return Authorization Number are not accepted and will be returned to you. You will need to contact Silhouette first in order to set up any expected return.

Order From Authorized Seller

If a product is purchased through one of our Authorized Sellers, and Silhouette America is not the original point of purchase, you will need to inquire with the retailer for details on their specific return policy for the purpose of a refund, credit, or exchange. 


Silhouette is unable to provide monetary credits or exchanges for products purchased through Authorized Retailers.


Updating or Adjusting Orders

Orders cannot be adjusted once they have been placed.

Order Not Shipped

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can request to cancel the original order by contacting support@silhouetteamerica.com. You can then place your new desired order with the adjusted products. 

Order Already Shipped

If you find tracking information for your order, unfortunately this indicates that it has been shipped and can no longer be canceled. Your order is eligible to be returned immediately for a full refund once returned. You can receive return authorization by contacting support@silhouetteamerica.com with your order number. Instructions will then be provided on returning your order. 


Order Tracking

An automated email with tracking information is issued as soon as your order is shipped. 


You can also view the order on your account to see any available tracking information.


Shipping Areas

Orders for physical products placed at SilhouetteAmerica.com can be shipped to the following countries:


  • United States
  • Canada
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands)


Physical orders cannot be shipped to other countries.


Shipping Methods

Orders placed at SilhouetteAmerica.com are primarily shipped via FedEx/UPS


Smaller shipments, such as single items mailed in envelopes, may be shipped via USPS.


All orders shipped to PO boxes, Canada, or U.S. Territories are sent via USPS.


Expedited Shipping

Most orders qualify for the following shipping methods

  • Fixed
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS Second Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air


Note: Orders placed after 2 PM MST cannot be shipped on the same day.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

1 - 4 business days from the time of order placement. Times may be longer during sales and holiday periods.

Shipping Rates

How Shipping Rates Are Determined

Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) based on the total weight and your zip or postal code.


The shipping rate displayed to you represents the lowest rate quoted by the carriers. Shipping rates are typically higher for addresses outside of the contiguous United States (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rica, Canada, etc.).

Estimated vs Actual Shipping

You can get an estimated shipping cost prior to check-out by entering your zip or postal code. The actual shipping rate may vary from this estimate based on the full address. The actual shipping rate is calculated at the time of check-out. You will have the opportunity to review the charge before placing your order.


Free Shipping

Silhouette sometimes offers free shipping promotions during select sales events. Please see the terms of the specific promotional sale event for information on free shipping eligibility requirements. Some restrictions may apply.


Club Silhouette members always receive free shipping on orders over $50 from SilhouetteAmerica.com.


Shipping Time to Canada

If you have reviewed tracking information for your order that is destined to Canada, you may find one of the following:


  • The shipment appears to have gone to California instead of Canada
  • The shipment does not appear to be moving for a few days

Please be advised that shipments to Canada are routed through Los Angeles as they go through the process of clearing customs. This process can potentially take a few weeks. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over this process, including being able to expedite the shipment to clear the border faster. We appreciate your understanding and patience as you await your shipment.

Bundled Product Substitution

Silhouette is not able to substitute, change, remove, or otherwise alter any items from bundles that are offered. Your understanding is appreciated. 


Combining or Stacking Discounts

Orders placed on the SilhouetteAmerica.com website can only accept one promotion code. Promotional codes cannot be combined or stacked.


Special discounts from Club Silhouette membership, Silhouette Handmade membership, or the Silhouette Educator Discount program are typically not available with most promotions.


Bulk or Wholesale Pricing for Customers

Silhouette does not sell products in bulk for discounted pricing, and wholesale accounts are reserved for retail purposes only.


If you are purchasing Silhouette products for commercial use, you can explore our Silhouette Handmade Program, which offers a discount on most products purchased directly from SilhouetteAmerica.com.


If you have a retail business and are interested in reselling Silhouette products as an Authorized Retailer, we would direct you to contact one of our distribution partners


Out of Stock Products

Silhouette does not offer vouchers or rainchecks for items that are out of stock. We do not have a waitlist feature for purchases made at SilhouetteAmerica.com


Placing an item in your cart at SilhouetteAmerica.com does not reserve the item.

 

Available items are only assigned to your order once you have completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation.
