Cutting Issues
- Power of your cutting machine
- Slide your blade carriage all the way to the left and all the way to the right 3 times
- Leave the carriage on the right side
- Power on your cutting machine
- Remove your blade from the carriage
- Remove the cap to check for debris and then screw the cap back on tightly
- Adjust the blade by had. A hard push on the bottom reset the blade to zero (ensure you push on the edge of the bottom and do not cover the center hole as the full blade will be exposed resulting in a significant finger poke)
- Once on zero feel out the bottom gently without pushing in and see if you feel the tip of a blade
- If not blade is felt adjust it by a gentle push on the edge of the bottom which should show on the indicator the blade is the next number
- without pushing down feel the bottom
- Repeat steps 9 and 10 until you feel the blade and record what number you feel it at
- If a slight tip is felt on one please set up a simple design
- Load Copy Paper into your machine
- Select the default copy paper settings and adjust speed to 4
- send it to cut and record the cutting process
- Take a screenshot of Silhouette studio and the cut settings used

- The video of the cutting process
- A screenshot of the settings used
