After you have signed up for a Silhouette account, you will be issued an email to verify your email address. You will need to click on the link in this email in order to verify and activate your account. 


Your account will remain in 'Pending' status until you are able to confirm your new account address.


Have Not Received Activation Email


The following issues may have occurred if you signed up for an account but have not yet received an activation email:

  • Your email address was entered incorrectly
  • The activation email is in your spam or junk mail folder
