If you have created multiple accounts and need to have them merged, please contact support@silhouetteamerica.com with the following information:
- The email address you want to merge
- The email address you want to keep
The action to merge the accounts will combine all information into one account, including:
- Subscriptions
- Club memberships
- Order history, designs
- Machine registration
- All account information
NOTE: So long as both accounts appear to be from the same individual, we will be happy to merge them immediately. If the accounts appear to belong to different individuals, we may require you to contact us from the address you want to merge to confirm ownership. Silhouette does not allow account sharing, including the sale of an account to transfer ownership of owned content and/or software licenses. See our Terms of Use for additional details.
